What reaches your balance
Fastpay Casino turns spin wins into bonus money
The worry that spin wins vanish at withdrawal, answered before you play a single reel.
Your first request only
Only one set of spins without deposit is allowed for each person, household and device, so a second request for the 30 spins on Bonanza is refused and no winnings follow.
Expect bonus money first
Nothing lands as cash: the wins from your spins sit as bonus money, and the 30 spins without deposit on Bonanza return about NZ$2.88 in expected value that still needs clearing.
Document check before payout
Before any money leaves the account, the 44-hour check of your documents has to finish, so upload proof of identity, address and your card early to keep the winnings waiting.
Before the cap, after the cap
On the spins without deposit the ceiling is NZ$100, so anything above that figure stays in the account rather than reaching your wallet, however the reels run.
At a glance
Spins, demo reels and bonus money side by side
Fastpay Casino keeps all three on the same slots, so the difference sits in the terms alone.

Six likely causes
Check these before you write to support
The worry that a missing batch means lost money, sorted out in a few steps.
Claim them in the bonus area
Spins wait in the bonus area of your account until you claim them, so open that section and press the activate button for the code you used.
An active bonus in the way
A live bonus on the account blocks a new batch, so finish or cancel the earlier wagering before the fresh spins will load on their slot.
Check the country list
Some batches are limited by region, and if New Zealand sits outside the eligible list the spins will never show, so read the terms or ask support.
Before reload, after reload
The slot you left open keeps the old session, so a full reload of the game page after activating the spins brings the counter up on screen.
Spins in hand
Spins credited, spins played, winnings cleared
Settle the whole sequence once and nothing about your spins will surprise you later.
Your choice: pay or play free
Run your eye down the offer table and pick either the Bonanza set without a deposit or a deposit package. Check the slot and the spin value before you commit.
Fastpay Casino registration data
Sign up with the name and birth date on your ID, and switch on two-step confirmation. Spins without deposit can wait until your phone number or identity is verified.
Entering the bonus code
Type the code in the bonus box before you deposit, or the spins will not attach. Personal offers such as birthday spins need no code at all.
Cash in before the code pays
Once the money lands, the spins appear on the named slot. Skrill and Neteller payments do not qualify, so choose Visa, Mastercard or another listed method instead.
Midweek spins
Pick your day and collect the spins
You do not lose a day's spins by missing it, since the deals simply return each week.

Questions players bring us
Your free spins, cleared up
Whether capped winnings, licences or withdrawals worry you, the short answers below calm it.
trustDo I need to wager anything on these spins?+
One is there for you: FASTPTURBO hands over 20 spins on Jammin' Jars at NZ$0.10 each once you put in at least NZ$25. Its winnings carry no wagering at all, so what lands is yours.
trustWhat if I win more than the cap allows?+
Bonanza spins come with no deposit, so the casino trims its exposure to NZ$100. That ceiling sits on what you may take out, not on the spins themselves, and the cap applies once winnings are cleared.
trustWhen does a dispute get looked at by a regulator?+
Every game runs under the Malta Gaming Authority, licence MGA/B2C/100/2015, granted to Fastpay Casino Ltd. That licence fixes the terms printed on each offer and gives you a regulator to approach when something feels unfair.
trustWhat happens when my spin winnings are ready?+
Your balance shows bonus money until the wagering is done, then it turns into cash you can request. Most cash-outs reach players inside minutes, with NZ$47,000 as the ceiling and identity checks done before the first payout.
trustWhere do more spins turn up after the first lot?+
Spins come from several sources, so the chance returns regularly. Three weekday promotions, a daily wheel that can drop up to 50 spins, a slot of the week and a monthly tournament all sit alongside the 278 welcome spins.
Spins never tie you to another deposit or another game, and stepping away costs nothing. Fastpay Casino supplies deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion in your account, while Gambling Helpline New Zealand and The Problem Gambling Foundation offer free, confidential support to anyone in New Zealand.
Self-exclusion. This closes your account for a stretch you choose, shutting down offers, deposits and play for the whole time.
Cooling-off periods. A short break you set yourself, during which your account rests and no spins can be taken.
Deposit limits. A cap on how much you may pay in over a day, a week or a month, set before the money is spent.
